M married n want to change my maiden name in pan card n hence in other documents also....can anybody tell me its procedure...

please fill the PAN form with new name. Do not forget to click/ tick the change in existing PAN and send it across. Ask for the new form. It includes all such instances of rectification/ changes etc.

Is the new name LUCKY or what? You can do the same even after getting through the exams and applying for the membership. Best of luck for exam.

Go to Any NSDL Office..PAN Utility Service Centre.
or Submitt to UTI PAN Facility Centre Nearest to U. Xerox Copy of Certificate n Affidavit With Change Form 49A.
