M married n want to change my maiden name in pan card n hence in other documents also....can anybody tell me its procedure...

please fill the PAN form with new name. Do not forget to click/ tick the change in existing PAN and send it across. Ask for the new form. It includes all such instances of rectification/ changes etc.
