23 August 2012 M married n want to change my maiden name in pan card n hence in other documents also....can anybody tell me its procedure...

23 August 2012 please fill the PAN form with new name. Do not forget to click/ tick the change in existing PAN and send it across. Ask for the new form. It includes all such instances of rectification/ changes etc.

Send Marriage Xerox Copy Certificate as Proff to PAN Data Change Form, Get Name Change

23 August 2012 Go to Any NSDL Office..PAN Utility Service Centre.
or Submitt to UTI PAN Facility Centre Nearest to U. Xerox Copy of Certificate n Affidavit With Change Form 49A.
