23 August 2012 Dear Sir,
I am applying PAN of a minor. Whether the ID and address proof of minor would be enclose or of both - miner and representative.

Please advise me.

23 August 2012 If the applicant is a minor (i.e. below 18 years of age at the time of application), any of the documents as per the lists any of the parents/ guardian of such minor shall be deemed to be the proof of identity and address of the applicant.
