13 April 2011 how to get pan if identity proof of a person has no initial (eg shekhar in the voter id card)

14 April 2011 Pl obtain a certificate from the jurisdictional municipal/corporation/panchayath councilor to which the applicant resides containing the expanded name of the applicant and his/her father ,date of birth and full address of the applicant. A photograph should also be affixed along side the said certificate which should be attested by the above said person. Pl attach this certificate along with the form 49A which will suffice.
