13 January 2011 i had got my pan card 2 years back but was not requierd to file income tax returns till date.

now i wish to file my tax return, but by oversight, while shifting houses, i have misplaced the pan card. i do not have the no also.

what is to be done

13 January 2011 check your pan from incometax site(www.incometaxindia.gov.in) under heading know your PAN and apply again for new card with same number.
