for applying PAN, a person staying in a city for which he has no address proof for that city as he is staying on rent basis with his brother & no rent receipt on his name, he has address proof of his birth place which is in another states& reqd PAN showing Address of his stay city (not his birth city) & so his bank a/c also not opened. what to do.

Dear Friend, you can get certificate or certified copy from any G.O. or your corporator or gram panchayat head or MLA that the person is residing here and his birth date is so and so. Thanks
