my client lost his pan card.
he wants to check the amount of TDS credit in incometaxefiling.gov.in.
But he is getting the error, name and surname is wrong.
is there a possibility to check name and surname as appearing in PAN card if the PAN no. is available.?

Go to www.tin-nsdl.com
On the site click for e-Payment of Taxes
In that click on Chllan No. ITNS 280
in that fill up the form with you name whether correct or not. After filling click on proceed. Then it will show you the correct spelling of name there.

Just fill correct PAN no and any other imaginary details, when you proceed the name as printed on PAN Card will be displayed in the next page.
