03 May 2011 Sec 2 f of CEA specifies that there should be a conversion for manufacture to exist. however further 2 f ii specifies goods where deemed manufacture would apply.
You require to classify you goods and see whether the same are subjected to deemd manufacture in the chapter notes to the chpater and also see whether they fall in thrid schedule. Normally FMCG items fall in this sector + chemicals.
