what are the latest rates for employee and emloyer contribution for P.F and E.S.I ?

EPF - 12% by employee(mandatory) and equal amount by employer (Salary = Basic + DA, which may be restricted to Rs. 15,000/- I.e, Rs.1,800/-).
ESI- 1.75% by employee and 4.75% by employer.
