Is it correct that emplooer P.F. contribution is not required more than salary for Rs.6500/.If I am getting basic salary Rs.10000/.What is the payment of various a/c

30 July 2010 The employer has to deposit 12% on 6500/- i,e 780 per month.

30 July 2010 yes in case employee basic +DA is more then Rs 6500/- then it is not mandatory to deduct PF .(the he may not be the subscriber to the PF ,but if both wish he can also be).But here the important point is that there should be some uniformity in the basic +other allowances of all employee in the same company(may not be exactly same)
