If a Co. Paid Out of pocket expenses more than Rs. 20,000/- in cash , is it allowable ?

The expenditure incurred in cash must be below 20000/-.

It is better that the company should pay the money on Monday and Tuesday or if required may pay on wednesday, in spite of paying the whole amount on a single day.
