27 August 2012 i am final student fo CA Final. I hv completed my 1st year of Articleship and now i want to join CS (execuative exam). Can u tell me that shall i have to take permission from ICAI through FORM 112? plz reply

27 August 2012 Yes you have to take permission from ICAI for pursuing CS.

You have to fill up Form 112, get it signed by your principal and submit the same with ICAI.
