Dear Experts
We registered new company in the month of June 2011. We received soft copy of Certificate of Incorporation in the month of June 2011.
We have not received the original Certificate of Incorporation till date.
Kindly let me know, what should I do now.

Contact the ROC personally.

1) If the soft copy is digitally signed, take a print out using colour printer and that will suffice as original.
2) If not, the original hard copy might have returned undelivered by the postal authorities. In that case you have to meet ROC with an application and a self addressed stamped envelope.
