Sir,
I filed form 61 & form 24AAA which were got approved on 28.10.2013.
NOw from where i have to collect order passed by RD as i have to file from 21.
RD office is saying that you will collect it in company's registered address but i did not recieved it yet.

Yes, you will received the copy of order in physical and there after submit it with ROC in Form 21.
