16 August 2017 My uncle having a business of Traders of statues which he purchased out of state. now he wants to opt composition scheme, whether he can do so?

16 August 2017 but sir, his CA sir says as you have CST STOCK left as on 30/06/2017, you cannot claim the same, kindly clear Respected Sir

16 August 2017 CST credit can't be claimed but composition scheme can be opted.

My uncle told him that i can go for composition scheme as per your suggestion but he said as per rules of composition, you cannot go. kindly clear, is it mentioned in the rules about such thing
