04 October 2017 Sir, i have registered proprietor firm in Bihar St ate, And i want to open a branch within same state,
So what is the process
Will i need to take gst number for every branch

04 October 2017 The branch is same state then you just add the branch details in your current GSTIN under Amendment section (Core field). Required documents like Rental agreement, Property Tax Receipt and Electricity receipt.. No need new GSTIN for intra state branch...

04 October 2017 Applying new registration using the same PAN. Also maintain the Accounts as separately (as well as other dealer)...
