05 July 2024 A business man having a partnership firm can he open the name of the firm in hotel business ? Kindly give me the advice. Thanks & Regards.

05 July 2024 If the Partnership deed provides for hospitality service as its business, then the firm can start a hotel business.
The name can be mentioned in the deed or it can be as decided by the partners. Further, the name should be unique so that it does not get into legal troubles for any trademark infringement.
