Hi,
I'd like to know what are the forms to be filed along with INC 2 for registration of OPC.
Under which clause we have to include nominee's name in MOA

1. File eForm DIR-12 in case promoter and director are not the same persons.
2. In case the address for correspondence is not the address of the registered office of the Company, file INC-22 within 30 days of its incorporation.
On last page of MOA (Subscriber page) you may add the following sentence
Shri/Smt _______________ son/daughter of ___________________ resident of _____________________________ aged about _______ years shall be the nominee in the event of death of the sole member.
