How can a director be changed in OPC.
basicaly, A director of OPC wants to make his wife a director of the same OPC..
what are the formaities and forms to be submitted and how much time limit to be taken in this process.

07 July 2017 you can appoint upto 15 directors in a opc. so you can appoint her by filing DIR - 12 with all other formalities e.g. letter of appointment and copy of board resolution.
