27 April 2013 If You have Internet Banking of any of the following bank:
Kotak Mahindra
Canara Bank
Bank of Baroda
PNB, UTI Bank,
then you can Login to your account through
dvat.gov.in and make payment through the payment link provided.

If you have any other bank internet banking facility then you can make the payment directly through your Bank Online facility.
