Online tds correction for chellan mismatch

its seen in e tutorial that "Digital Signatures are not mandatory in challan correction" but when i progress with online challan correction its asking for digital signature. how to solve this prblm??

26 May 2015 Thank you fopr the quick reply sir.. but when i clicke the option "SUBMIT FOR PROCESSING" a menu box "Web Signer" comes with just 3 option - view certificate , sign , cancel.
what should i do to get the correction filed online on chellan mismatch.

26 May 2015 Choose cancel option see it is through.

26 May 2015 I opted "cancel" option but nothing happens and page back to "submit for processing". how should i forward with submission.?
when I checked the "TRACK CORRECTION REQUEST" its shows as "submitted to ADMIN USER" . Who is this admin user? In e tutorial its read as, if submitted to admin user he can only submit correction . how should i rectify all these mistakes..
please help
