online submission of ARE1 for SRP and rebat claim

We are manfuacturing unit and using facility of ACES.

We are exporting material on through self remove procedure and taking signature of Inspector and supritendent of c.excise within 24 hours of exports.Now my question is that
(1) Can we use this facility through ACES?
(2) Rebate can file for export throgh ACES?
If yes how can we go through ACES facilty?

Request to give guideline and oblige.

30 November 2010 This facility is there on ACES. The department is required to upload your Bond/LUT on the ACES system, after that you can use the facility.
