How much bank Charge for making Online Payment of Exam Fees Through VISA Card

I have heard that in case payments are made through Debit card bank charges some amount such as in case of payment made for Online reservation for Train etc they charge 2.5 %

i've made many online payments with my SBI & HDFC Debit Cards & internet banking..
eg. for purchase, exam fees, mobile recharge, irctc, etc.
all without any extra charges
if u still have any doubt.. then do call ur bank & get assured.
