sir my firm is Audited firm i want to know online payment of TDS & Taxes are necessary ? or if we dont pay online that what is problem can raise ?

it is mandatory for the assessees who is required to get thier accounts audited u/s 44AB.

Yes. It is mandatory otherwise it will be qualified in the Tax Audit Report and if the Srcuitiny assessment penalty may possible
