Online notice from income tax

One of the my client having income from salary. which is the under basic exemption. so he is not filed income tax return. but from A.Y. 2010-11, he is having Ten lacks fix deposit with bank. so he is not disclose that income. now he is received tax compliance notice from department. Please helps me regarding whether i filled for all year return or just give online reply. and If I fill return with increase income and tax then it treated as concealment of income for 271(1)(c) or not?

well since he has not filed the return yet, filing it now with total income including cash received would not amount to concealment. but you shall have to pay tax plus interest for 234A, B and C.
