22 March 2012 Dears Sir,

I want to file my IncomeTax for 2010-2011. This is the second year I will be filing. As I am still studying, and my income is from part time jobs, I want to know how much a CA will charge me to file. I would also be happy if someone can guide me to file it myself online.

I tried downloading the online form at /incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/, but am confused as to how to fill it.

22 March 2012 Do it yourself. Down load the form from the site correctly stated. You will find a compressed file. On the file you click with the mouse right click and you will find several option just you have to click extract here then you will get the form for filling. Open the form and you will find an option just click that and 3 or 4 option will com then you click yes to all boxed. Now your form is ready for filling. Every time you open the form you need to repeat the same procedure. do it. Once the form is complete in all respect you have to validate all the pages and generate the XML file which can be uploaded by going to your account with income tax efiling and you have to upload the XLM file only this will enable you to file your return as efiling
