I have applied IEC online and got system generated IEC, but I am confused that whether the application form printed from online application is required to be submitted mannually to regional office of DGFT. And how can be get an original IEC cert.

No form or any other submission is need to forward in hard copy to DGFT. Please be sure online certificate is final, the same can downloded from site of DGFT.

Not required to submit Hard Copy, if Documents uploaded is according to IEC They will approve.
