I have Obtained the Digital Signature Kit for my Client Company.
Pl. guide me step by step how to file the Online Forms and How to generate the Payment Challans etc.

Step 1 : Download the form mca website
Step 2 : Fill all particulars
Step 3 : digitally sign it
Step 4 : Log on to mca website
Step 5 ; Register yourself as registered user
Step 6 : Long in with your passoword
Step 7 : Upload the file for prescrutiny
Step 8 : If no errors were reported then upload the form
Step 9 : It will ask for payment option
Choose challan
Step 10: Challan will be sent to your email id
Step 11 : Pay the amounts.
Step 12 : Search with SRN number whehter file is accepted or not.
