26 February 2012 its not available using bar code or registration no the form can be download only using the password. At the time of activation of your registration for exam the link will be send to your mail id provided by you at the time of exam registration. Other wise first open https://icaiexam.icai.org and then click forgot password and provide details like your registration no and date of birth and any other requirements i am sure you will reset the password don't worry try it.
