20 February 2011 whether it is Compulsory to annex Service Certificate with Exam Form, My articleship Completed but not yet Deposited Form 108, So therefore no Service Certificate
My Training is Completed On 15/Feb-2011

20 February 2011 in that case you can tick
"Will be completing training on or before 30-04-2011"
(as 15 feb is on or before 30-04-2011)

or..

Tick "Already Completed training......"
and attach a letter(with form) narrating that the form 108 has been submitted on ..... (date) & certificate of completion is yet to be receive from institute, and that U will send that certificate to ICAI when received.

20 February 2011 after u complete d online form & make payment..u'll be given a pdf file of your form as filled by you & it will consist the certificate of service as one of its pages..

u've to get that print signed & send to icai

21 February 2011 Whether Certificate of Service is required or Certificate of Completion is required in case of articleship Completed
as per ICAI exam website not mention about Service Certificate in case of Training Completed
you must have completed prescribed period of 3 years or 3 ½ years of article training as on the date of filling the form

while in other case clearly mentioned:Certificate of service to this effect should be sent to the Senior Deputy Director (Exams) by 31st May2011

21 February 2011 if u do not have certificate of completion, tick on "Completed/Completing...." in the exam form,
& attach a letter stating that the certificate is awaited from ICAI.

or

you can fill details in the certificate of service that you will be completing training on or before 30-04-2011
(in this case there is no que of completion certificate)

you will find the certificate of service in the pdf copy of exam form after u've submitted & paid online.
