how to file dvat return online and which annexures are required ?????

31 October 2012 first of fall you have login dvat site .after login
you have use Annexure 2A for Purchase & 2B for Sales filled month wise,after filling annexure you have submitted approval month wise.

after subm approval you can click online return and choose original return, from 16 had appeared,select period (according to your return period ,monthly or quaterly)

give details of Description of top 3 items you deals in (in order of volume of sales for the tax period.
Put tax wise sales & purchase details in given columns,and tax amount which you have deposited for relevant quarter

01 November 2012 thanks a lot for giving answer to my query. to whom i should send annexure 2a and 2b for approval and after submitting online return should i deposit hard copy with sign of authorised and if yes where i mean give me address in south delhi or near b area ?????

01 November 2012 You can submitted hard copy of sales tax return duly signed by authorized signatory into vyapar bhawan ITO near police head quater New delhi on 1st floor
