30 January 2015 There is no formal registration available for conversion of Sole proprietorship into One Person Company, only thing you can do is to apply for fresh registration for One Person Company.

03 February 2015 in addition to reply made by Sir Mitesh Mehta...

Incorporate a fresh company and thereafter transfer all assets at the book value to the company so as to avoid liability of Capital Gain Tax
