19 November 2009 I understand that centralised registration can be obtained only on-line now.However,even for first time users,the process asks for the old password.It is not understandable.When the departmentis contacted,they are clueless about it.Please provide assistance on this.

19 November 2009 I dont think so, i registered like that, if you existing one then department will send the mail to you of user id and password, if the registration is new you can do by your self....

19 November 2009 Thank you for your reply.But as I am trying as a new registratant,how can I have or fill up a old password.That is not clear to me.
