Old Warehouse - Closed - New Warehouse - PPOB Applied - Can we Start Business ?

Hi
We have two GSTIN in Maharashtra, & WestBengal ( VPOB )
Now we have opened our own physical warehouses in these two states.
We have applied for PPOB change to our new physical warehouses also.
Our old rental agreement also got expired.
WITH New ARN Number ( PPOB Change) --
1) Can we move stocks to the new warehouse ?
2) Can we start billing from the new warehouse ?
Please confirm...

Amendment to Core fields require approval by the Tax Official. If no action is taken by tax official, then application is auto approved after stipulated time of 15 days from ARN date.

We do understand that its take 17 working days.
Our question itself is that,
Until that time its approved, ( 45 days if there is a query )
1) Can we shift our stocks to the new location
2) start billing from the new location ?

You have to wait for the approval.

You can move the stock to the new location after receiving ARN for change of PPOB. Billing can also be done.

By when should I file an application for Amendment of Registration in case of any change of my registration?
You must submit the application for Amendment of Registration within 15 days from the date of the particular change which has warranted change in the registration application.
Within 15 days you have to file GST amendment. As you have already filed proceed.
