What is the difference between Overseas financial organisation mentioned in section 115AB and Foreign institutional investor as mentioned in section 115AD?
Please give an example of each.

Overseas financial organisation has been defined in section 115AB sufficiently. WRT to FII not a sufficient definition available in Income Tax Act. We make recourse to SEBI.
FII is an institution registered. In case of OFO covers registered / unregistered organisations. This only my view. You may please cross check thoroughly.
