Offset liability

06 September 2017 my gst liability is 130506/- and itc is 126874/-. I have paid 3632/- . Now i have entered in paid through itc - 63437 in CGST and 63437 in SGST and in payment column Rs. 1816 in cgst and 1816 in sgst, still i'm facing to setoff the liability. msg. is showing "cgst payment should be equal to the cgst liability" . Please help me to set off the liability.
