Dear Sir, Let me know what is office expense & which expense grouped under office Expense ?

Dear Bhavesh,
The day to day small expenses spent through petty cash can be termed as office expenses.
It is better to show these expenses as miscellaneous expenses if you are not able to group them in any other caption like staff welfare or repair & maintenance.

Thanks but let me know, if Rs100/- spent for lunch given to sale party then it can called offcie expense or staff welfare expense ? reply sir
