03 November 2014 Can anyone please let me know the procedure for obtaining loan from NRIs in dollars by a private Ltd. company in India? whether prior permission is required from RBI, for obtaining loans from NRIs? How monthly interest can be paid? whether repayment of principal amount of loan to be made by dollar? please clarify.
