08 February 2011 X.PVT.LTD main objective is agriculture.
Other objective mentioned civil work contrac.

Since incorporation we do not have agriculture activities.

Now company mainly having civil work like construction of house, commercil bulding.

My qustion is can I do the transaction as per companies act and income tax act.

08 February 2011 Yes you can commence activities mentioned in other objects by passing Special Resolution and file form 23 within 30 day of passing Special Resolution.
