WHILE FILING REFUND a.y.2010-11 it filed with refund.
under sec-143 (3) refund was adjusted against demand showing of past assessment year.
but infact it is actually paid self assessment tax .
notice u/s 143 (3) is objectionable.
will any one suggest practical solution / procedure step by step now what t
You have to visit the office of the jurisdictional AO with all the relevant documents. He will set the things right.
