number of attempts

09 February 2011 I have given two attempt's of IPCC exam(in may & nov 2010), & have not cleared it. I have to ask that what are the number of attempt's a student can appear for IPCC Exam.

If i skip one attempt (i.e. if i don't fill up the exam form),will that be counted as a attempt??
please please help!!
