01 January 2014 If I am NRI, working outside India as a professional and received my fees from US office monthly into my NRI account in India. Is this income is taxable ?

Taxability depends on your residential staus in your case.

If you status is non resident then no tax is applicable.

02 January 2014 Hi,

Once income is earned and received outside India, it is not taxable in India even if at a later date, the money is sent to India.

However any income earned outside India but received in India will be subject to tax in India.

Try to get remaining salary in foreign bank account to avoid your salary being taxed in India.
