Nri status of an individual

An individual is sent abroad by his employer on an assignment on 25th Sep 13 and he returned back in India after completing assignment on 2nd Oct 14. Please confirm his residential status for PY 2014-15 when he returns in India.

He is non resident as he stayed outside India for more than 182 days.

since he has NOT come to india on a visit , and he was in india for 60 days and 365 days in the previous 4 years, he will be RESIDENT FOR PY 2014-15
