Dear Experts, I was out of India from 15th September 2014 to 1st July 2015. I qualified as a NRI for AY 2015-16.
If I travel out of India for another 3+ months between now and March 2016 will I qualify again as a NRI for AY2016-17.
If I travel out of India for another 3+ months between now and March 2016 will I qualify again as a NRI for AY2016-17.

FY 2014-15 -- NRI
FY 2015-16 --NRI if stay outside India up to 30 Sept. 2015.
So you qualify for NRI for both FY years as above.
