03 August 2017 Hi,
I've to file IT Return for NRI from INDIA. is it necessary to file return through Representative assessee or can we file ITR by mentioning the details of NRI in(ITR Verification Menue) such as Name and PAN of NRI.
Please help me..

03 August 2017 Yes, you can file with Non Residents details only. you need not become the Representative Assessee. You may only require to give your Indian number as the ITR does not accept non-indian telephone numbers.
