If the income of NRI in the NRI account trf to any one person in India will it attract income tax?

Amount transferred through NRE a/c does not character of Income. The purpose for which the amount is being tfd. is important in deciding whether such receipt is an income to the recipient.

Hi,What do u mean by any one ? yes it can be taxable in the receivers hand .This have to be done systematically
