My sister is out of India for last 4 years. She has a FD in India.
now from income tax she got a mail dat u had not submitred IT return for AY 13- 14.
so what I need 2 do now ?
plss guide me.

If the income is below the exempted limit, then she need not file the return as her current tax residency status is non-resident.
