want to know if NPS benifit is applicable to BPO & KPO employees also.
if yes that how we can in corporate in CTC to save tax.

NPS Benefit is applicable to all employees including BPO and KPO.
Employer contribution to be considered to CTC and employee contribution to 80CCD
