03 August 2024 ### **IPCC Exam Form for November 2011 and ITT Registration Details**

**1. IPCC Exam Form:**

**a. Column for Previous Examinations:**

- **"Pass" Option:** This option is used for candidates who have passed the entire group in the previous attempt. It is meant to indicate that you have successfully cleared all papers of a group in a specific examination cycle. If you passed the entire group with exemptions, you would select "Pass" in the relevant section.

- **Exemptions Column:** If you passed the whole group but had exemptions in some subjects, you should still provide details in the exemptions column. This helps the examination authorities maintain accurate records of your exemptions and overall performance.

**b. Handling 6-Digit Roll Number:**

- **5-Digit Space Issue:** If the form provides space for only 5 digits but your roll number is 6 digits, you should write your full 6-digit roll number in the available space. You can usually fit it by adjusting the spacing or writing clearly within the space provided. If there are specific instructions or a separate space for additional digits, follow those guidelines.

### **2. ITT Registration:**

**a. Demand Draft for ITT Registration:**

- **Payable To:** The Demand Draft (DD) for Information Technology Training (ITT) registration should be made in favor of the **"Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India"**. Ensure you check the latest instructions on the ICAI website or your regional office for any updates or changes in the payee details.

**b. Online Registration for ITT:**

- **Payment Details:** For online registration, you may be required to make the payment online. If you’re making a physical payment via DD, ensure it is drawn in favor of the correct entity as specified above.

### **Summary:**

1. **IPCC Exam Form:**
- **Pass Option:** Indicate "Pass" if you cleared the entire group in a previous attempt.
- **Exemptions Column:** Fill in details of exemptions if applicable.
- **Roll Number:** Write your full 6-digit roll number clearly in the provided space.

2. **ITT Registration:**
- **DD Payable To:** "Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India."
- **Online Registration:** Follow the instructions for online payment if applicable.

Ensure you double-check all entries and follow the specific instructions on the examination form and for ITT registration. If you have any doubts, contacting the ICAI helpdesk or your regional office can provide additional guidance.
