What is the procedure to exercise the option available under the Notification No. 30/2004-Central Excise? Also is there any relevant circular which deals which the abovementioned issue? If already enjoying it send a letter by RPAD to the jurisdictional officer that you are claiming the exemption. In invoices you may mention the same.
