Can some one provide me Notification issued under section 20 of Rajasthan Vat Act

I think it is a 25 page notification. You can get it from the web site of Rajastan vat dept. Visit the web site www.rajtax.gov.in and click notifications.You will get a list of of them,select and take a copy of it in Hindi and English.Download and take a print,if necessary.....mjk
